How to Order

Ordering through LitBuy takes four steps. The middle two are where most first-time buyers go wrong, so read them properly.

1. Create your LitBuy account

Sign up on LitBuy first. Use the link on this site so your account is registered properly from the start. Verify your email, and add a payment method — most buyers use a card or PayPal.

2. Open the item you want

Click the buy button on any find. It opens the same product inside LitBuy so the agent can purchase it for you. Confirm the variant, size and current price before adding it to your cart — the reference price on this site is a snapshot, not a promise.

3. Wait for QC photos

LitBuy buys the item and the seller ships it to their warehouse in China. When it arrives it is photographed and the photos appear in your account, usually within a day or two of arrival. This is the most important step: inspect what you see and reject anything that does not match the listing. A rejected item gets returned to the seller and refunded before it ever leaves China.

4. Ship your parcel

Once you have approved your items, choose a shipping line and pay the international postage. Cost is by weight, so combining several finds into one parcel is the main lever you have. Budget lines take 15–30 days; express lines take 7–12 days and cost more.

Things that surprise first-timers

• Sizing runs small. Order up unless the listing says otherwise, and always use the centimetre chart.
• Shipping is billed later. The number you see when ordering does not include international postage.
• Returns end at the warehouse. Once a parcel ships, the option is gone.
• Service fees exist. Agents charge a small handling fee on top of the item price.
